XOPON

XOPON installs cashflow operator teams inside construction companies. Each team is composed of three operators — Pay App, Waiver & Compliance, and Collections — each owning a defined function and running a weekly operational cadence.

The model is infrastructure, not consulting. The operator team does not advise. It executes. Once installed, it runs continuously, with weekly reporting and a defined escalation path.

XOPON operates within a parent company structure. Current engagements are focused on the construction sector. Additional verticals are not on the current roadmap.

Operating philosophy.

  • Operators are accountable to outcomes, not hours.
  • Scope is defined before an operator is activated. Nothing runs undefined.
  • The approval layer is not optional. Every client engagement has one.
  • We do not sell capacity. We install infrastructure.
  • A slow install is a failed install. If we cannot be operational within five business days, we say so before intake.
